Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using AI4AI — Academic Institute For Artificial Intelligence, operated by mAIb Tech LLC. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in content removal, throttling, suspension, or termination, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) violate any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; (b) attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with usage limits, metering, billing, authentication, rate-limiting, or other access controls; (c) probe, scan, penetration-test, or otherwise test the vulnerability of the Service or its providers without our prior written consent; (d) access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) except as we expressly permit, or scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content; (e) upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; or (g) misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Prohibited Content and AI Use

You may not submit, generate, publish, or share content that: is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening; sexually exploits or endangers minors; promotes self-harm, violence, or terrorism; facilitates fraud, malware, or illegal weapons or drugs; contains others' personal or confidential information without authorization; or otherwise violates the acceptable-use or content policies of the underlying AI model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, xAI, and Mistral). You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with those provider policies.

Community Conduct

In community spaces and the Prompt Vault, be respectful and constructive. Do not post spam, scams, or off-topic promotion, and do not publish prompts or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and restrict accounts that harm the community.

Reporting and Enforcement

To report abuse or a violation, email support@maib.io. We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the Service, our users, or the public.
